To date I have not heard from them despite sending a reminder for an update! If you have light luggage you can catch the route 105 or 111 bus from the Central Bus. Hotels have one bus for Terminals 2 & 3, another for Terminals 4 & 5. Which I did by e mail, sending copy of receipts of the over charge. Hoppa Buses - are regulated by the airport authority and run on fixed routes, each serving 2 or 3 Heathrow airport hotels. I told him he charged me for 3 and asked for a refund, he said he couldn’t do that and to contact customer services. Each route services two or three Heathrow hotels and 1 or 2 airport terminals.

To rub insult in, On the Hoppa the driver charged me for 3 tickets when I asked for 2, this due to him taking my card and swiping it 3 times as it didn’t work for me! One option is to catch a Hotel Hoppa bus. Another Hoppa out of service arrived, but driver was not helpful and said they run every hour not every 30mins and we were disturbing her break she was most put out in us asking her! We telephoned the customers service and was told a Hoppa would be there at 8am. I waited from 7am in the freezing cold, but no bus appeared checked the timetable which showed next bus at 0730am again bus did not appear temp at that time -1C. Most hotels offer a Hoppa bus service to all Heathrow terminals Park Inn, Terminal 5, H54, 05:11, 23:41 Renaissance, Terminal 2, H4/H7, 04:41, 23:00. I used the Hoppa service at T3 Heathrow, on 29th November this year.
